Following our obtaining outline planning permission in 2019 for 100,000m2 of manufacturing development at the i54 Western Extension site and subsequent provision of site preparation works, in November 2022 we obtained reserved matters approval for Stoford Properties Ltd for a 46,000m2 manufacturing building.

Warwickshire Site Development Opportunities
During 2022, on behalf of the Warwickshire Property Development Group and Warwickshire County Council we undertook research on identifying potential site development opportunities in the towns of Atherstone, Bedworth, Stratford upon Avon, Kenilworth and Alcester.
Vernon Park, South Staffordshire
In April 2022 we obtained full planning permission on behalf of Staffordshire Pension Fund for a 11,000m2 warehouse on the remaining 2.8ha plot at the Vernon Park industrial estate near Junction 1 of the M54 in South Staffordshire. We have subsequently discharged a number of planning conditions so that the development can get underway.
Another Development at the i54 Business Park
In October 2022 we obtained reserved matters approval for a 9,800m2 industrial building on a 2.4ha site for Barberry Development Ltd. This was the latest in a number of developments on the i54 strategic employment site where ANCER SPA has been involved for over 10 years in obtaining outline and planning permission, detailed planning permissions and reserved matters submissions. This has included Jaguar Land Rover’s Engine Manufacturing Centre.
In October 2022 on behalf of Crag Hill Estates Ltd and Praxis Real Estate Management, ANCER SPA obtained reserved matters approval from Flintshitre County Council for construction of a District Centre comprising 12 units for retail (Use Class A1), food and drink (Use Class A3) and a health facility (Use Class D1), together with associated car parking, service yard and landscaping on a 1.4ha site, fronting Welsh Road. This was the latest on a long line of reserved matters and discharge of conditions application on the Airfields strategic site at Deeside. These works included provision of a site access road, drainage and the creation of development platforms for residential and commercial development on this 100 hectare mixed use development site.
Scartho Top Strategic Housing Site
In August 2022, North East Lincolnshire Council granted planning permission for our application for 225 dwellings on a 6ha site at Scartho Top strategic housing development area. Our client was Persimmon Homes South Yorkshire. We also obtained approval of the Phase 4 infrastructure scheme which included a further length of spine road, drainage infrastructure and landscaping.
